Bathroom Refurbishment
This was quite a major Bathroom Refurbishment. But not much holds our team back. The client had already arranged the plumbers to do that side of the project but we were left to take on everything else.
The floor was the first problem with a couple of floor joists that needed replacing then the whole floor needed levelling up before fitting new chipboard. The ceiling had some major damp problems and once we had found and sorted that we could board it over and plaster. All the walls were in a sorry state and needed patching & levelling before the whole room was re-plastered.
We had to build a frame for the bath to sit nicely in then finished off with some tiles. The remaining stud work was finished with T & G panelling and all painted with an egg shell finish. Ceilings and walls were matt emulsion and the floor was covered in a sheet vinyl.
From the first few pictures many people would not know where to start. With the professionalisms of our team and good communication with the client it all turned out perfect.
